These terms govern access to sense-routecore.click and engagements with Sense Routecore Co., Ltd. (“Sense Routecore”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or commissioning consultations, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site or request services. Written statements of work control over marketing copy when both apply to a paid engagement.

Services

Sense Routecore provides airport operations analytics consultations for terminal planners, including assessments, capacity reviews, seasonal briefings, and workshops. Descriptions on this site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in a signed statement of work or accepted quotation.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. You may use delivered reports and annotated maps for your internal planning purposes as set out in the engagement documents. You may not resell our materials or present them as your original analysis without attribution agreed in writing.

Client materials

You retain ownership of layouts, counts, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to perform the engagement. Confidential information is handled under any NDA or confidentiality clause in the statement of work.

Liability

Consultations support planning judgement; they are not engineering certifications, safety approvals, or regulatory filings unless expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Sense Routecore’s aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue from operational changes you choose to implement.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
