Pricing follows the scope of the terminal, the number of observation windows, and the depth of reporting. Figures below are starting points in Thai baht.

What shapes the estimate
- Number of piers or zones in scope
- Required observation days, including holiday peaks
- Airside escort availability and access constraints
- Whether a findings workshop is on-site in Bangkok or remote
- Language needs for the final report (English standard; Thai summary on request)
Deposits
Assessments and capacity reviews usually require a 40% deposit to reserve observation weeks. Workshops and briefings are invoiced 50% on booking and 50% after delivery.
