About Sense Routecore

A Bangkok practice devoted to airport operations analytics for the people who plan terminals.

Quiet airport terminal interior with long perspective and warm evening light

Official name and history

The official registered business name is Sense Routecore Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Bangkok to support terminal planners who needed careful observation of passenger flow, gate pressure, and capacity assumptions—not another slide template.

Early engagements focused on domestic pier evening banks at Thai airports. Over time the practice expanded to mixed-use terminals, seasonal peak briefings around Songkran and year-end travel, and facilitated workshops for planning teams aligning commercial and operations priorities.

Mission

Help terminal planners make layout and capacity decisions that hold up under peak conditions, using evidence gathered from the terminal itself.

Working approach

We combine timed observation, agreed data sources, and plain-language findings. Workshops stay small. Reports name what was measured, what remains uncertain, and what to do next.

People

Senior planners lead client relationships. Operations analysts handle dwell and queue measurement. Facilitators run workshops when teams need a shared decision space.

Values

Specificity over spectacle. Ranked recommendations over long annexes nobody reads. Respect for airport access rules and for the planners who must defend numbers in public forums.

Thailand base

Our office sits in Bang Phli, Bangkok. We work across Thai airports and selected regional terminals when planners need an independent reading of operations before a capital or seasonal decision.
