1. Scoping call

2. Written scope
You receive a short scope with deliverables, exclusions, fee, and dates. Work begins after the deposit clears and escort slots are confirmed where required.
3. Observation and desk study
Analysts time queues and dwell, review agreed counts, and sketch conflict points on your layout. Interim notes flag surprises before the final workshop.
4. Findings workshop
We walk ranked recommendations with your planning team. Disagreements are recorded. The final report reflects what was agreed and what remains open.
5. Handover
You keep annotated maps, tables, and the report. Follow-up questions within ten business days are included for assessments and capacity reviews.
